We made our annual trip to Aunt Jen's house over the week of July 4th. Greta was so excited to take a "rocketship" to East coast. Unfortunately, our trip was on the heels of a big storm in the Baltimore area that left about 500,000 homes without power. And even more unfortunately, The Gesell house was among the last to be restored. We went ahead with the trip with the hopes that power would be restored quickly. Due the 100 degree weather, a hotel was a must and after two nights, the power was finally restored. We had a great time with the Gesell family and Greta was spoiled with attention from her big cousins. Always looking forward to next time!

| Leaving for the airport in our dualing maxi dresses. We left on my birthday. Happy 33 to me! |
| Greta and her baggage handler. |
| Flying in style with the iPad. Earphones were a big fail and wouldn't stay in her ears. |
| Baggage claim in Baltimore. Waiting for Aunt Jen! |
| My birthday dinner at Victoria. Just a quiet dinner for 8 ;) |
| Have I mentioned how much I love this lady?! |
| Picking right up where they left off. Ava is such a great cousin to Miss Greta. |
| Stuck in the hotel on July 4th. Making the best of it with Minnie's Bow Maker. |
Once we were back in the house, the girls had lots of fun.
Lots of fun being messy...makeup, nail polish, crafts, you name it. |
| Farewell ice cream the eve of our departure. Such a fun week watching the cousins together. |
| Flying home. This time we have earphones that stay on her little head. |
